JJ. 1651.Elizabeth Glandon, vs. James GlindOH.In Chancery for Divorce.BE it known that on the 21st day of January, A.D. 1851, the above named complainant filed in the office of Clerk of the Marion Circuit Court her bill of complaint in the above entitled cause; and also the affidavit of a disinterested person that said defendant. James Glandon. is not u esiclenl of the State of Indiana. Tho said defendant is, therefore, hereby notified of th« filing and pendency of said bill of Complaint, and that unless lie appear and plead to, answer or demur to said bill of complaint, on the first day of the next term of said Court to be begun and held at the Court House in the city of Indianapolis, on the fourth Monday in April ne\u (1351.) the same will be heard and determined in his absence. ’v WM.
