New York, Is hereby notified that Ellen V. fcchafer, his wife,on th« »»th day of Jaunarv, 1881, filed her petition against him in the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, Ohio, charging aim with adultery as therein stated, and asking for a divorce from him, lor the custody of their four minor children living with her. for the house-! hold property in her possession, and for her separate real estate, being Lots 1 and 2, in Block F, and Lot 12, iu Block A, all in Cottage HiU subdivision by Hinman. as shown in Plat Book 4. pages 2h and ‘29, of the Recorder's office of said county, In the First Ward of the city of Cincinnati, in said county, conveyed to her by deed recorded iu Deed 1 Book 498, page 524, of said office, and on which ! she resides, free from all claim by him; and said cause.
