Whisler in district court Thursday afternoon. Thedecree was granted on Mrs. Whis-ler’s cross petition.Tn both Whisler's original suit and in Mrs. Whisler’s cross petition, allegations of cruelty were made. The petition also showed that Whisler had previously started a divorce action, but had withdrawn when the couple became reconciled after three monthsThey married Dec. 24, 1919.WThe decree provides that Mrs. Whisler be paid $30 a month until their son Charles V. Whisler attains the age of 16 years ant that thereafter she receives $15 oer month until their second child Ruth attains the ago of 16 years. The decree states that Whistle* shall pay the amount to the clerk of court the first of each month. It arranges that he shall visit thechildren at all reasonable times.
