Divorce Saits Are Thick.The September and November terms of the district court were nunattily prolific iu divorce cases but the present term is the banner court in Mills county in point of divorces there being fifteen altogether! We should say that one of these, the case of Foglesong vs. Fogle | song is not actually a divorce but only an action for separate maioteunoce but for all practical purposes it ib a divorce j proceeding. If this isn’t demonstrating with a vengeance that marriage is a failure then we cant read the signs | o? the times.
