Marriage Annulled; Judge Rules FraudJudge Ward Winton of Washburn County returned to Janesville Thursday to grant anannulment of marriage in the case of Donna Mae Lawrence Iverson, 30, Janesville, and John D. Iverson, 37, now an Illinois resident. He had heard testimony in the case as acting judge here on Dec. 22, and taken the case under advisement.In his ruling, he held that therewas fraud in the marriage, inthat Iverson had failed to reveal that he had been a patient in a mental hospital prior to the marriage. He ruled that property she had purchased subsequent to the marriage be returned to her.
