Arlin John Wade Jr.May 3,1927 Jan. 21,2005MIDDLESEX — Arlin John Wade Jr., 77, of Middlesex, died Friday. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Joyner’s Funeral Home,4100 U.S. 264-A, Wilson.Burial will follow in Hollywood Cemetery. The Rev. Lewis Forsyth will officiate.He is survived by his wife, Rachel B. Wade; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kim Liles and Jimmy of Bailey and Susan Boger and Jim of Graham; a son, John F. Wade of Greensboro; a stepdaughter, Cindy Peele, also of Greensboro; two stepsons, Wayne Smith of York, Pa., and Jerry Smith of Pleasant Garden; two sisters, Judy W. Wicker of Greensboro and Jerry W. Graves of Jamestown; two brothers, Douglas Van Horn Wade of Destin, Fla., and Conrad Wade of Greensboro; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchil-dren.The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.
