Asks Divorce On Grounds CrueltyFrances Kirseh asks a divorce I from Kris Kirsch in a complaint filed in superior court yesterday. The complaint sets out that it is agreed between the parties thatthe plaintiff shall have custody of! their one child, a son, 4. until he | reaches the age of T years and | that the defendant shall then havej custody of him until he reaches the age of 21.The plaintiff alleges cruelty and j intemperance as grounds for a di- j vorce. The parties were married Sept. 3, 1939, at El Centro, Calif.
