The action was brought against Emil Hambach *. of- Broad Brook, father of tho boy, who is alleged to have prevented the mother from-seeing her son at reasonable intervals. r ■ • \Happy with Father.The boy testified' that he was happy •: with his father in Broad Brook. 1-Ie goes to school and expect# to enter’the Rockville High school next year. He said? his father treats him well but the boy declared he would like to see his* mother at times. On-cross-examination young . Hambach said he had never heard liis father criticize his mother.
