Estate In Local Circles—Business Is Generally Quiet—Progress of Structures Underway.Plans and specifications for the Schwarzschild Sulzberger Beer company's new beef house, which will he erected in this city, wore received by its local manager, Joseph IT Judge, on Thursday, and the contract for the erection at the building will be let soon.Some time ago the Scliwanwchihl Sulzberger Beef company purchased ;hy site in Walton street, on Onondaga creek, known as the Old Tom Green Pickle factory- The structure whichnow enenmbers the property will be torn away and a handsome beef house erected On the site. The new building will be two stories high, and will be j made of brick with stone trimmings. I The structure will be a regular branch I warehouse with a capacity for storing j quantities of dressed beef, sheep, veal, I hog products, etc- It will also contain j apartments for stabling the horses used by the company and housing its wagons.Plans for the new building %vere made by C. E- Huntley, Forty-fifth street and First avenue, New York, the company's architect The building will have forty feet frontage in Wit!ton street and will I extend soutii on Onondaga creek. 111 j feet, 9 inches. The rear will hare a j dimension of 55 feet, 8 incites, and the western side will be 113 feet, i inches long.The company is at present housed in quarters in the building formerly oomv pied by the firm of Mo wry Barnes, liOck, Canal and Pearl streets.
