MRS. ANNA KRUGJOHAN FILES SUIT FOR DIVORCE■ i.».i -'.I.' .' * n- i r ^ 'Attorney R. P. Eckert, representing Anna H. Krugjohan, of Pear]City, has started a divorce suit aigainst Harry Krugjohan. The bill sets forth that the couple were married at Wheaton, 111., on August 1, lb 11„ and that they resided logether until,.this month, when the wife was forced to leave on account of her husband^ cruelty and habitual drunkenness. The bill avers that when the defendant is in a drunken state he is very abusive and that onseveral’occasions he has struck and beat. .. her; that- on on.e .occasion his attack^ was so violent that she was« • . - , * ' i • ' . •Tpa'de ill- Mrs. Krugjohan claims that her husband makes a good salary; that he is possessed of property to a great value and an injunction was asked for and grantedwhich restrains' the defendant from• * •disposing of any of said property*• . •and from molesting her or her children.
