Coi.ES of Hoston. in shu! county, that she was lawfully married to JOHN M. COLE8. now of partt» unknown to your libellant, but out of this Commonwealth. at Sew Orleans, in the State of Louisiana, on the twenty-seventh day of May, A. 1). 1871. and there-a! ter wards your libellant and the said John M. Coles lived together as husband and wife In this Coinmun-w ealth—to w it, at said Hoston: that your llhellaut has always been faithful to her marriage vows and obligations. but the said John M. Coles, being wholly regardless of the same, at Hoston aforesaid, on or about the fifteenth day of December. A. 1). 1878. did utterly desert your libellant without cause, and has continued said desertion from that date to the date of this libel, b.«ing more than throe consecutive years next prior to the tiling of this libel.Wherefore your libellant prays that a divorce from the bonds of matrimony may be decreed between your libellant and the said John M. Coles, And that the care and custody of their two children, viz., Perl a Coles, aged eilt;lit years, and Marv A. Doles, aged six years, may be decreed to her, and that such other orders and decrees may be made as Justice may seem to require. tDated tbis seventeenth day of January, A. D. 1883. MARY J.
