Sues for DivorceLOGAN — Cruelty Is alleged by Flossie Kilkenny in a suit for divorce against Alfred Kilkenny filed Friday. They were married on March 3, 1933, and have two children. A temporary restraining order was granted by Judge E. L. Ewing in this case during the absence of Judge Phil Henderson. Theplaintiff asks custody of the children.
