Thomas Bailey Wants DivorceThomas L. Bailey of Hillsboro has filed suit for divorce from his wife, Nell Bailey. The complaint sets out that they were married on May 27, 1922, going to Crawfords-ville shortly thereafter..The groom was 60 and his bride 27, according to the bill. The complainant alleges that his business,that of working in the timber, has been almost ruined because of his matrimonial venture. He was the owner of two good teams and wagons and logging outfits and other personal property valued at about $2,000, most of which was cash in a Hillsboro bank. After their marriage they moved to Crawfords-ville, where the complainant says his wife represented herself as his daughter and that while he was a-way from home he heard of numerous automobiles driving up to his house and/ of numerous malevisitors paying respects to his wife. The neighbors finally complained and the landlord served notice for them to vacate theipremises, which they did. moving! to Hillsboro. She made frequent i trips back to Crawfordsvilk* and ! when he expostulated with her she j seized a 2v*4 timber and broke the! windshield of the family automo-l bile and cursed until the com-! piainant knocked her down.
