Boone vs. Boone.*«A divorce suit that has been recent-lly filed in the circuit court is that of Martha Boone vs. Wm. L. Boone. TheVcomplaint charges the defendant with practicing cruel and inhuman treatment in that he would curse and abuse the plaintiff and that he deserted her saying that, he wTas going I to her father’s home in Crawford county, Illinois; that instead of going to her father’s home she thinks that he ran away with another woman and has not been seen since. The name of the other woman, the plaintiff says, she does not know.
