DIVORCES GRANTEDThree divorces were granted Friday in the Court of Common Pleas by Judge Joe M. Moorhead.In a cross petition filed by William Wittenmyer, the defendant, he was granted a divorce from Mary Wittenmyer on the grounds of gross neglect of duty. Mr. Wittenmyer will also have custody of the two minor children.The court dismissed the plaintiff's petition on grounds of insufficient evidence. Betts and Betts was the defense attorney.A iL k..
