ASKS DIVORCEA petition for divorce has been lt;filed in Common Pleas Court by ' Delores M Debolt of Willshire RFD 1 1 against Charles W. Debolt of! Willshire. The petition charges gross neglect as the grounds, statesthey were married in September1933 at Burlington. Ky„ and in addition to divorce asks alimony for support of two minor children. The court, on request, dismissed a previous petition for divorce filed by the defendant against the plaintiff in the above case.
