E. Teitgen informed the court that an attempt would be made by the defense to prove a statutory count made in an answer to the complaint. In the case of Cora Senkbeil vs Charles Senkbeil in which an absolute decree of divorce was asked oji a . complaint charging non-support an answer charged a statutory count and 'the answer to the answer then included a similar count “oh the part of the wife. Both were withdrawn however and the case will he tried by the court on .the original complaint of non-support. Had the charges not been withdrawn the case would also have been transferred to the jury calendar.Two Cases Added
