That when they were married the defendant agreed to give the plaintiff’s eight year old son a home with them, which he afterward refused to earry out. That he has abused her in various ways too numerous to mention, and called her vile names. That through and on acccunt of such actions on the part of the defendant she was compelled to and did leave his house January 12th.She sets forth that the defendant owns certain real estate, consisting of a lot and house at 205 Auglaize street, ICast Defiance, certain residence properties in Hicksville, and householdgoods and other chattel property.She asks for a divorce and reasonable alimony, and that the defendant• ‘ 4r*;be restrained from encumbering or disposing of his property during the pendency ©f the action.Winn Hay, attorneys for plaintiff.
