ARLINGTON (Special) - The Pastime Embroidery Club met at the home of Grace Brooks on Jan. 6 with 8 membwrs and one guest, Joann Bond present.The meeting opened by repeating the Lord’s Prayer and roll call was answered by some having poems, and others just present.The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved and the Treasurers report was also read.There were 9 lap robes deliverer to the Grandview Nursing Home. Correspondence was read from theGrandview Nursing Home, Mary Carnail, Pearl Roberts and the Childrens Home.The meeting adjourned and the hostess served a delicious lunch. The next meeting will be Feb. 3rd at the home of Regina Knickerbocker. .
