Guy Harrison Fined.Guy William Harrison, who It is alleged tried to kidnap his child from Us foster parents recently, was fined $10 and cost Saturday afternoon on the charge of hunting' without permit* The affidavit was filled by L. J, Newly.The court refused to assess a fine in Oie case of alleged kidnapping, ruling that .the real cause of the trouble was the custody of the child which St did not have the power to determine. According to Prosecutor Bock an action intended to make the child th© ward of the court will be instituted in circut court immediately.
