We have.been retained by Mrs. Bruguiere, but have not been authorized as yet to enter any appearance at the trial, which iy set for Monday. Mrs. Bruguiere, is sakl to have some San Francisco attorneys associated with the Reno lawyers in the defense-of the case., and it is reported that sho will, claim as a defense that Dr. Bruguiere has not gained a residence in this city and for that reason is not entitled to a separation.
