His case will be heard in the district court before Judge Curler on Monday1 morn. Ing at 10 o'clock, and at that time his attorney, W. \B. Craig,, will ask that the divorce be granted through de* fault, his Wife having failed to answer the summons. Dr; Brugulere refused to discuss the case .. this-morning and his attorney would only say that default' bad been entered and that in all probability his divorce . would be granted.Attorneys Dodge Parker, who are acting as attorneys for Mrs. Bru-guiere, were seen this morning and in an interview stad:- We have been retained by Mrs. Brugulere, but have not been authorized as yet to enter any appearance at the trial, which iy setfor Mondav ” Mrs. Brugulere .is said
