Mother Appeals For Tot’s Custody, Seeking to regain the custody of her four-year-old daughter, Mrs. Katherine Hensell,' of this city, today appealed from a verdict of Judge John W. Barnard, in Juvenile Court.The mother, represented by F. Brooke Whiting, was arraigned recently 0n a charge of contributing to the delinquency of the child, and sentence was deferred, on condition that she allow the girl to be cared for a; the home of her mother-in-law, Mrs. Brewer. State's Attorney Morgan C. Harris will represent the lower court when the appeal Is heard in Circuit Court.
