If all stand by their colors this means a deadlock as to the State officers. The Republicans will elect the officers of the Senate and the Democrats those of the House. Pattan-gall, as was expected, got tho Democratic nomination for Attorney General and Mayor New-bert of Augusta the nomination for Stater-r-P.B.r-ayIs,K-Treasurer. The legislature met yesterday Oscar S Ellis vs Hattie E Ward; petition for and Gov. Curtis will deliver his inaugural address to day.The general opinion at the State capital yesterday was that the Democrats would break the deadlock by unseating two Republican representatives.partitionHattie E Crie, Libt, vs Bert H Crie Lewis K Fowler vs Sam Rubenstein Waite, Ranlett Co vs C L Wright Hazel K Pendleton, Libt, vs Ellery E PendletonMittie L Gowen vs Minnie Brock etals H C Buzzell entered:Stuart-Howland Co vs C G DickeyEben E Hall vs Georgy P BlethenCarl Scribner vs Elijah RitchieWm H Arnold vs A Leon Cay fordFlorence R.
