Mil.; that two children were born of this maniage, viz: Daniel E. Cover and Kathline M. Cover, whose custody Plaintiff prays; that defendant deserted and abandoned the plaintiff and declared his Intention to live with her no longer on Jan. 30. 1954; that said abandonment and desertion have continued without Interruption for more than 18 months, is final and beyond any reasonable hope of reconciliation; that plaintiff is a resident of Allegany County.
