A suit for maintenance wan brought in the district court yesterday by Agnes Outhwutte against Alfred Outhwaite. They were married In Hutte Oct. 30. 1902. and lived together up to Jan. 3. 1905. on which date the defendant deserted the plaintiff. The latter does not want a divorce, hut asks for an allowance of $.0 a month for her maintenance.
