Iowa, the petition of plaintiff aforesaid. claiming of you a divorce and that the bonds of matrimony existing: between you and plaintiff be dissolved. Also that she be accorded the custody of Edivard H Hollenbeck, your minor child, upon the grounds of desertion and failure to contribute to her support or the support of your minor child.You are also notified that unless you appear thereto and defend before noon of the 2d day of the term of said district court of Dickinson county, to commence on the 30th day of January A.
