Mother of 2 Asks Order of DivorceAccusing her husband of cruelty, Mrs. Linda Lightfoot, Twin Palls, has filed divorce suit in district court here against Elmer Carl Lightfoot.The couple married Oct, 20, 1938, at Jerome and separated last Thursday. Mra. Lightfoot asks custody of their two daughters, 18 months and three years of age; seeks decree to household effects; asks support money and requests a court order to restrain the husband from interfering with her or the two children, Earl E. Walker is attorney for the petitioner.
