Pigg of Lizton has been made defendant in a divorce suit by Dovie M. Pigg, who alleges that for the past two years her husband has been an habitual drunkard and has treated her in a cruel and inhuman manner. Besides the divorce she asks custody of their two sons, Warren, 19, and Oscar, 18. An allowance of $25 pap€ a month for the support and education of the sons is asked, and alimony in the sum of $5,000. The plaintiff also asks that *$1,250, which came to her from the estate of her father, and which she charges was converted to the personal use of the defendant against her wishes, be returned to her in the settlement. The suit was filed by Otis E. Gulley. Mr. Pigg has retained George W. Brill to defend the action.Following on the heels of the divorce action was the arrest of the husband on complaint of the wife.Mrs. Pigg charged that she feared physical violence at the hands of the defendant.
