Charging that a blow from her husband resulted m her being eon-• fined in a hospital for twenty-five \ days, Mrs. Marie Mildred Kisamore! yesterday brought suit for alimony from her husband, Dennis Kisamore, an employe of a Cumberland restaurant. jAccording the suit filed by Elmer B, Gower, attorney, Mr and Mrs Kisamore were married in1938 in Parsons where they madetheir home together until January.1941. No children were born ofthe marriage. 'Mrs. Kisamore charges that her husband ’‘became addicted to the I use of drink and abused the com-ipltinant. On January 6. 1941 Mrs.Kisamore charges her husband struck her a blow which resulted in; her being thrown against a corner of a table when she injured her back and received internal injuries that resulted in her going to the hospital, IAssociate Judge William A Buster ruled that Kisamore is to pay his wife fifteen dollars a month pending the out come of the hearing.
