Well Known Couple Re-married After Complicated Divorce — Bride Has j Been Twice Re-married.iSquire Stuart performed the wedding ceremony yesterday evening that reunited in the bonds of wedlock Mr. John Burnside and Mrs. Lottie P. Tobias. The couple was divorced Iless than a month ago, at the last; term of court, after a week’s trial of j the case in which the wife asked dij vor.ee, setting aside of a deed to 225 acres of ground in Graham township and the restoration of her former name of Tobias, which, however, is not her maiden name. The case wasiwon by the wife, and her farm was i restored and also her former name, j Since then a happy reconciliation has jtaken place and, with a new arrangement, the married relations and also that of the ownership of the farm with an additional deeding of a farm bv the husband to the wife, have9been returned to, the wedding last evening being the culmination of the affair. The groom, who is 55, and has grown children by a former marriage, and the bride, aged 48, are good and respected farming people and well to do and industrious. Through misunderstandings the divorce came about, which have now been happily remedied.Mrs. Tobias has been married four times but has had but two husbands. Her maiden name was Leedsand she was first married to Frances Tobia?, an elderly and well to do farmer. In 1898 they w~»e divorced but were later re-married and in 1913 Mr. Tobias died, leaving a considerable estate to the widow. Some years later the widow’s marriage to Mr. Burnside followed wiih the subsequent divorce and the re-marriage of yesterday.
