Notice to Non-Resident.State of Indiana, Carroll County, S3:^.In the CarToll Circuit Court, to MarchTerm, A. D. 19 8. .Wilber Matthewsvs.Gladys MatthewsNo. 3035.Be it remembered, That on the 12th day of February A. D. 1908, the above named plaintiff, by E. E. Pruitt his attorney, filed in the office of the Clerk of. the Carroll Circuit Court his complaint against said defendant, and also the affidavit of a competent and disinterested person, that said defendant, Gladys Matthi ws is a non-resident of the State of Indiana; said non-resident is therefore hereby notified of the pendency of said spit, that the same is an action for Divorce and that said cause will stand for trial at the March term of said Court, on the 90th judicial day of said term the same being the 7th day of April 1006. or as soon thereafter as the Court will hearsaid canse.WITNESS, my hand and seal of said Court, affixed at office in Del obi, on this 19th day Of February A.
