Crone vs. Emmet Crone and Nicholas A. Swad-ley vs. Susanna Swadley.O. W. Mrs. Eller has apparently become iu-fatuated with Hinkley, whose visits to her have been very frequent and without secrecy. The complaint charges him with adultery on Jan. 17. 1902, and at various other times.The trial is set for next Tuesday and the plaintiff is represented by Ele Stansbury, of Williamsport,and Wallace Whistler, of independence. Fraser Isbam, of Fowler, are to appear for the defense.Hinkley is a saloon-keeper at Boswell and is unmarried. He is said to have 83,000 or S4.000 worth of property, the greater part of which he has transferred to other hands in order to escape a judgement if one is secured against him. The woman is said to have been married two or three times before she became Eller's wife, her marriage to him having occurcd four years ago. They have one child, a bi»y about three years old.Mr. Eller has filed suit in the Warren Circuit court for divoroe, alleging adultery as cause and asking the custody of the child.
