Agee to two counts of conspiracy to violate the State Pure Food and Drug Act.They are George Kelm, 59, of Lodi, and R, Walter Garrett, #7, of 6311 Baker St, Oakland.Judge Agee denied a motion ai that the charges be dismissed because of insufficient evidence and set their trial for April 26.Two co-defendants, Fred Stephens, €0, of Balboa, head of the organization, the United Crone Company of Brea, Calif., and 3.H.
