Both contractor? are proceeding with work using their own funds.The Gibbons and Heed $10.4 million contract is about one year behind schedule. The dam was scheduled for completion in mid-summer last year.Foundation problems, changes in design of the dam embankment and the high water last spring all contributed to the delay.
