NOTICE TO NON-RESIDENTS.The State of Indiana, Jennings County.In the Jennings Circuit Court March Term 1916.Nelson Dixon vs Effie Dixon.Complaint No. 965.Now comes the plaintiff, by John W. Davis his attorney, and files his complaint herein together with an affidavit that the defendant Effie Dixon is not a resident of the State of Indiana.Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant that unless she be and appear on the 13th day of the next Term of the Jennings Circuit Court to be holden on the 1st Mon- | day of March A.
