IN DIVORCE COURTFOR SECOND TIMEWILTON COIPLE HAVE SKRIOl'S j \ DIFFICULTIES.Couple Once Divorced, Remarry, anlt;l j.j Trouble Again Lurks at Their Door—The Hearing.Divorced, remarried, and within a comparatively abort period the divorce court again, is the brief history of the matrimonial relations of Mrs. Maude Hain and her hausband, L. C. Hain, the second action for divorce coming up for hearing in the district court this afternoon. Both parties to the action are well-known residents of Wilton, where Mrs. Hain operates a restaurant, or boarding-house. It is alleged that some difficulty arose between the two yesterday, and according to the testimony of Mrs. Hain, her husband made several threats not calculated to promote harmony and serenity about the house. Mrs. Hain stated the trouble of yesterday broke the last straw, and today her case Is being heard before Judge D. V. Jackson. The defendant, however. waived time and notice, and consented to an immediate disposition of the case. The plaintiff is rsnro-sented by F. A. Martin, of Wilton and J. G. Kammorer, of Muscatine.
