S,. 1901, and because of i theinfluence of ter parents, Mr. and ' Mrs. John Overhock, of Benton, she refused to go to housekeeping, it is al-: leged, and he finally rented rooms at the Overhock home. One night he returned home to find himself locked out and his possessions thrown out. Then he went to Millersbur^ and rented a house, but his wife declined to accom-l * '| pany him.j The separation occurred June 16, ; 1903.
