Good-speed of this city, and J. B. Sullivan of Des Moines, Mrs. Mary Stafford, wife of P. T. Stafford ( has filed the petition in a suit for divorce she brings against her husband. The petition in the case was filed several days ago but was withdrawn immediately, her attorneys giving a receipt for it, so the grounds on which the action is based are not made public. The filing of the suit is 'the outcome of troubles which the parties have -had for some weeks, which resulted first in the defendant, P. T. Stafford, filing a suit for divorce which was subsequently withdrawn.
