I In this cause, it being made to appear to the Register of this Court, by the affidavit of Ralph D, Porch that the Re-spondent, Mamie Ruth Donley, i$ a resident of the Slate of Alabama, but la con-! cealing herself so that process cannot be served on her, and that her postoffice j address is unknown, and that such ad- j dress cannot be ascertained after reasonable effort; and further, that in the j belief of said Affiant, the Respondent is | over the age of twenty-one years, it is therefore ordered that publication be made in The Anniston Star, a newspaper published in Calhoun County, Alabama, once a week for four consecutive weeks, j 1 requiring the said Respondent, Mimis Ruth Donley, to answer or demur to the j Bill of Complaint lri this cause by the 3rd day of March, 1949, or after thirty j days therefrom a decree Pro Confesso may be taken against herH.
