DOINGS IN OHIOOne Suit Leads to Another.St. Clairsville, ().. Feb. 19. — The fourth and latest chapter in the successive Barnesville breach of promise and divorce suits came with the filing of a $25,000 damage suit against Dr. .T. Judkins of Barnesville by Dr. J. T. McCartney, defendant in the $50,000 breach of promise suit filed last May and also in the divorce suit filed Thursday by Mrs. Carrie B. Price McCartney, who married him secretly after filing the breach of promise suit. Dr. McCartney also asks damages for slander, alleging that Judkins said he tied to kill hi* wife.
