Three of four persons arrested in a Sandusky drug raid Feb. 7 were indicted Wednesday by the Erie County grand jury.Erie County Prosecutor John E. Moyer gained 35 indictments against 34 persons in a two-day grand jury session in Common Pleas Court.Cecil Tennon, 34. of 231 Doerzbach Ave.. was indicted on charges of sale of a narcotic and possession of a narcotic for sale.Thomas L. Campbell. 31. of 1422 Clinton St.. was charged with three counts of sale of a narcotic.Lois E. Sidney. 34. of 219 W. Water St.. was charged with three counts of sale of a narcotic and possession of a narcotic for sale.Charges were dropped against Sandra Sidney, 26. Akron. “The evidence wasn't there/' Moyer said.Also indicted by the grand jury was Dennis A. Palmer. 18. of 3513 Beatty Ave., charged with breaking and entering and felonious assault in connection with the Jan. 14 attempted robbery of Herb’s Sporting Goods, 215 Meigs St.Palmer is charged with slashing a finger on the hand of Sandusky Ptl. Dennis Wieber with a fish gaffing hook when police said they surprised him in the robbery attempt.There were six no bills (no indictments found) by the grand jury.Charges were dropped against Raymond West, of Route 2. Mason Rd.. Vermilion; Jonathon Brown. 18. of 1704 Harrison St.; and Lois G. Clark. 18, Cleveland.Five other persons were charged on drug-related possessions. They are:• Terry Janis. 18. of 5308 Shadyside. Vermilion, possession of an hallucinogen and growing an hallucinogen.. , • Dennis R. Thiessen. 21, of 3608 Shadyside, Vermilion, growing an hallucinogen.•Terry A. Taylor. 19. of 802V2 W. Osborne St.. keeping an hallucinogen.• Chistopher J. Radar, 20, of 102 Center St.. Huron, keeping an hallucinogen.• Leonard V. Connor, 34. of 232 Fulton St.. possession of a narcotic and keeping of a narcotic.Others indicted and the charges they face, are:• Ned Oeder. 40, of Fostoria, breakingand entering.• Freeman Hobbs, also known as Terry Owens. 23, of Lorain, grand theft.•Tony L. Collins. 20, of 1242 Pierce St.. aggravated robbery.• Robert Townsend. 20. of 61 E. Spru-?ewood Dr.. aggravated burglary.• Michael A. Patrick, 22, of Route 1. Portland Rd., Castalia. two separate in-lictments on charges of breaking and en-ering and forgery.• William Scott Jr.. 24. of 4I6V2 Front t.. Fremont, aggravated robbery.• John R. Wittmer, 25, of 2025 Rhode ;t.. breaking and entering.• Robert E. Cotton. 26. of 629 E. Ulams St., escape from confinement.• Robert L. Lynes. 6432 W. Lake Rd.. Vermilion, passing a bad check.
