Subpoena in Divorce.IN WARREN County Common Pleas, No. 26 September term, 1901.Isaac Valentine, Libellant, vs. Nellie Valentine, Respondent.To tlie above named Respondent:Whereas, Subpoena and alias subpoena have been returned “Non est inventus” in this-case, you are therefore hereby notified to be and appear in your proper person before the Judges of said court at the court house in the borough of Warren, at a court of common pleas in and for said county there to be held on the first Monday of March. 1902, being the 3d day, to answer the complaint of the libellant and show cause, if any you have, why a divorce from the bonds of matrimony should not be granted to the libellant agreeably to the prayer of the petition or libel exhibited against you before the said court and the acts of Assembly in such case made and provided. And this you shall nowise omit at your peril.JAMES BRANN, Sheriff.
