ROBERT E. WESTRobert E. West, 50, of 237 Bonnewitz Ave., a class one operator for the Van Wert City Sewage Treatment Plant, died unexpectedly at his home Tuesday.The Fire Department emergency squad was called to the residence at 6:39 p. m. Tuesday, but he was dead upon their arrival. West was pronounced dead at the scene by Assistant County Coroner Dr. Thomas Wilson.He was born June 7, 1924, in Van Wert, a son of Burton and Leone (Myers) WestSurvivors include his mother of Lima and his widow, the former Dorthy Mae (Pace) West, whom he married July 14, 1962, in Van Wert.Mr. West was a member of the Police Athletic League.Funeral services will be held at 10 a m.
