Bound Over on Statutory ChargeLucille Jorgenson, 30, and Cecil Young:, 30, 1002 Avenue B, held on a statutory offense, were both bound over to the‘grand jury Monday following a hearing before Municipal Judge John P. Tlnley, who fixed their bonds at $500 each.The woman's husband, Robert Jorgensen, who recently was discharged from the army after eighteen months overseas, filed the charge.Dct. Lt. H, N. Macc and Detectives Charles Esbcck and Leonard S. Murray testified that when they served the warrant they found Young in bed, and Mrs. Jorgenson partially dressed in anotherroom/'Young testified Mrs. Jorgenson was employed as his housekeeper.•Stive WrnIc
