Mrs, Mattera was lying on a bed, her husband said.His testimony was corroboratedby Alfred Tactmo, brother of Mrs,Mattera, who said he went to Gill's room In April to tell his sister her child was ill. and found her and Gill m bed together. Philip Mc-night clerk in the hotel, testified that Gill and Mrs. Mattera occupied a room for over two months as man and wife,Peritz Berman, attorney for Mattera, testified before the Master, that when he personally served notice of the case on Mrs. Matters, she admitted to him, her Intimacy with GUI.Mrs. Susan Williams, 34. of Highland Farms.
