Range four (4) west, in said Township, where the improvement of the public highway herein petitioned for will connect with the public stone highway, which runs north and south between Sections nineteen (19) and twenty (20), all in Township twenty-seven (27) north. Range four (4) west, in said Honey Creek Township, that said improvement of the public highway herein petitioned for ends and terminates at said point of connection with said north and south public stone highway.The intent and purpose of this petition is that said improvement shall he made of the existing highway as now located between said terminal points.Your petitioners recommend that said highway shall he paved with crushed stone to a width of twelve feet, twelve inches deep hi the center and sloping to a depth of nine inches at each side, and the character of said improvement when completed shall he a well graded, drained highway, paved with crushed stone as aforesaid.The improvement herein petitioned for is of a highway less than three, miles in length connecting at each end with an improved free macadamized highway within said Honey Creek Township. The highway sought to he improved herein lies entirely within Honey Creek Township, White- County, Indiana, and the same docs not lie within (he limits of any incorporated town or city in lliis said State.Your petitioners now request that the Auditor of White* bounty. Indiana, to designate by endorsement upon this petition the day in a regular session of said Hoard of Commissioners, not more than thirty days after the filing of this petition, upon which the same shall he presented to said Hoard;and your petitioners further request the said Auditor to pre-are and cause to he published in a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed ami published in said county, a notice setting forth a copy of this petition and a day upon which the same will he presented to the Hoard and cause like notices to ho posted in three public places in Honey Creek Township, White County, Indiana, and at the door of the court house of said White County, as required by law, and for such other proceedings for the establishment of said improvement of said public highway as arc provided by law.Respectfully submitted,William Gross J.
