The complaint says they were married ’ March 22,1901, and separated May 8, pu 1907, when defendant deserted her, leaving her with three small children and pregnant with another child which was born the following September, leaving her without support; since which time they have not liyed together. They have four children: Lena, aged 6; Naomi, aged 5; Josephine, aged 3, and Opal, aged 17 months. Plaintiff asks for a divorce with $150 alimony, and custody of the two youngest children.© © ©-State vs. Torphy is occupying the time of Court today. The case went to jury at 3:45 this afternoon.
