Driskell on grounds of cruel and inhumantreatment.The couple was married in Hurd-land, Mo.. May 22, i960, and livedtogether until Nov. 26, 1967.A property settlement was ap-| proved by the court. A car was set | aside for the plaintiff and a car was set aside for the defendant and household goods to the plaintilf.
