Mich., next Tuesday.Medfair Couple Wants to Make Sure of DivorceTwo distinctly separate divorcecases were filed in common pleas court on Wednesday but it is extremely difficult to see how more than one divorce decree could result. Reason? The parties involved in both petitions are the same.At 8:42 a m.. Atty. W. G. Bat-chelder Jr. filed a petition on behalf of \\ infield Gant of Medfair Heights in which the plaintiff asks a divorce from Loudeari Gant, also of Medfair Heights. Just minutes later Atty. J. R, Palmquistfiled a petition on behalf of Mrs. Gant in which she asks a divorce from her husband.In suite of the ir differences, the conte-stants in the* actions were pretty much in accord in their petitions. Both agreed that the*y weremarried in Weldon, Ark., on jan 31.1942, and that they have four children, both charged tlu* either with gross neglect and extreme* cruelty ami both asked for custody of the children.In addition.
